If a potential employer asks you to send a letter or a resume as an attachment, make sure you send it as a PDF. Doing so preserves the formatting. This is a must!

Before sending it, print out your resume, (another must!) you will see errors that you did not see when you read it on the computer screen.

Then read it OUT LOUD to yourself and then read it backward, you will see errors that you did not see when you were reading it left to right.
